Digital Energy for Everyone | Cities, Citizens & Knowledge Gaps

- online

This webinar delves into the knowledge gaps shaping the digital energy transition at the local level, examining how both cities and citizens across Europe engage with new energy systems. Drawing from the Every1 project’s research, the session highlights learning needs in energy efficiency and energy literacy, while also addressing how inequalities and socio‑demographic factors influence public engagement.

Participants will gain insights from research findings, including interests in energy topics, differences in learning engagement, and the challenges faced by vulnerable populations. Real‑world case studies, such as living labs tackling energy poverty, illustrate how knowledge transfer and inclusive approaches can support equitable participation. A panel discussion will further explore how energy literacy can be co‑created with communities and local actors.

The webinar concludes with an introduction to the Every1 Knowledge Hub, designed to support ongoing learning and capacity building among stakeholders.
