Proposal writing

Exploitation of project results
As an expert, moderator and catalyst for innovation management and market access, we support the project consortia in managing intellectual property and enable the exploitation of research results. We are responsible for exploitation in more than 50 projects.
Dissemination & Communication
On behalf of the European Commission, Steinbeis Europa Zentrum takes the lead in communication within the secretariat for Clean energy for EU islands. We are also the leading partner for communication and event management for the Smart Cities Marketplace. We are responsible for dissemination and communication in more than 50 projects.
Project management and coordination
We accompany international consortia during the implementation process: Coordination of reporting system, distribution and monitoring of allocated budget, accounting and financial audits, organisation of regular project meetings as well as the internal communication and the communication with the EC. We take over the role of project management in over 20 projects.
Event management
Our strengths include holistic event organisation, information transfer and communication management. In 2024 the core of our work was based on hybrid, virtual and physical event formats. We have been organising around 90 international congresses since 2010.
