Clean energy for EU islands forum 2024 - SAVE THE DATE

The power of islands: building resilience through renewables is the overall motto for the Clean energy for EU islands forum 2024, which will take place on 14-15 May 2024 on Pantelleria, Italy.

After selecting the 30 islands and islands groups, we are now supporting their path to achieving a fully renewable energy supply. This year’s Clean energy for EU islands forum 2024 will bring together representatives from the 30 for 2030 islands with the energy community and ecosystem.

Save the date and be part of the 2024 gathering of the islands community. The forum will showcase and discuss the work in progress of the technical assistance and will give the chance to meet with the 30 for 2030, to discuss crosscutting issues and build the basis for the upcoming work.

STRONG FOUNDATION: We will give insights into the results and recommendations of the legal & regulatory study on national policy and legislation that supports clean energy transition on European islands performed.
STRONG NETWORK: The forum is all about strengthening relationships between island stakeholders and getting to know each other’s needs and challenges.
GET INSPIRED: Let’s explore Pantelleria's challenges and approaches to the energy transition, meet the local stakeholders and participate in inspiring site visits.
