1. As a service provider under Section 7 Paragraph 1 of Federal Law TMG, StC is liable under general regulations for all content made available for use. It cannot however accept responsibility for physical or mental damage caused by the use of said content, unless caused deliberately or as a result of gross negligence.
2. Authors' names are given specifically for copy originating from third party sources. In such instances content responsibility lies with the author of said copy or the person/company commissioning their services.
